Please refer to the following steps to set up the Fast Connect on the Xiaomi Router AX1500:
1. Binding the Xiaomi Router AX1500 to the Mi Home APP and make sure that the Fast Connect feature of the router is enabled (it is enabled by default);
2. Power on the Mi Home smart device that supports Fast Connect but has not been configured and places it near the Xiaomi Router AX1500;
3. Open the Mi Home APP and tap the [+] icon at the upper right corner to trigger the scanning for new devices. When the router discovers the new device, a pop-up prompt will appear on the Mi Home APP.
Note:
Remote operation is also supported, which means that even when the phone is not connected to the router's Wi-Fi, as long as the Mi Home APP is opened and the [+] icon at the upper right corner is tapped, the scanning can be triggered. When the device is discovered, a pop-up reminder will also appear in the APP (The terminal must be in the uninitialized and unconfigured state).
