Mi Smart Speaker Lite cannot connect to Mi Home App.

If your Mi Smart Speaker Lite is unable to connect to the Mi Home app, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1.Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that you want to connect your Mi Smart Speaker Lite to. A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection is necessary for the setup process;
2.Power off your Mi Smart Speaker Lite and the device running the Mi Home app (e.g., your smartphone or tablet). Wait for a few seconds, then power them back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary connectivity issues;
3. Make sure you have the latest version of the Mi Home app installed on your smartphone or tablet. Outdated app versions may have compatibility issues with the Mi Smart Speaker Lite. Check your app store for any available updates and install them;
4.Ensure that the Mi Home app has the necessary permissions to access your device's Wi-Fi settings. Check the app permissions in your device's settings and grant the necessary permissions if they are disabled;
5. Perform a factory reset on your Mi Smart Speaker Lite to restore it to its default settings.After the reset, set up the speaker again using the Mi Home app;
6.If possible, try setting up the Mi Smart Speaker Lite using a different smartphone or tablet. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your device or if it's a broader compatibility issue;
7.Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and that there are no restrictions or firewall settings that may be blocking the connection between the Mi Smart Speaker Lite and the Mi Home app. You may need to consult your network administrator or internet service provider for assistance with network settings.
