This Initiative relates to Xiaomi-branded smartphones and ecosystem products that can be activated with the Alexa feature. For the avoidance of doubt, it is understood that these terms and conditions do not include (i) any initiative other than those already described herein and/or (ii) any initiative related to Alexa products.
Products covered by the initiative: [Xiaomi 12T Black (8GB+128GB), Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G Black (8GB+128GB), Xiaomi 11T Pro Gray (8+128), POCO X4 GT Silver (8+128)] (hereinafter jointly referred to as 'Smartphone Products') [Mi Smart LED Desk Lamp Pro, Mi 360° Camera (1080p), Mi Smart Plug (WiFi), Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2S] (hereinafter jointly 'Ecosystem Products')
Content of the initiative:
Participants who jointly purchase one of the Smartphone Products and one of the Ecosystem Products will receive a discount on the purchase of the Smartphone Product and a discount on the Ecosystem Product. Therefore, if the Participant buys them together, he/she will be able to have them at a special price as indicated in point 6. below (hereinafter referred to as the "Combined Sale"). The Initiative is valid only for the Matching Sales expressly indicated in point 6. below.
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs" and/or "Rules of the Initiative") govern the conditions of participation in the Initiative entitled "Telefoni Xiaomi con vivavoce Alexa" (the "Initiative"), organised by: Xiaomi Technology Netherlands B.V., With registered office at: Prinses Beatrixlaan 582, The Hague 2595 BM, The Netherlands And ID registration number: 72954914 (hereinafter referred to as "Organiser") The Initiative will be accessible via the local Mi Store App (hereinafter, the "App") and via mi.com/en. The Organiser will promote and advertise the Initiative on the Activity Page, accessible via the following link: https://ams.event.mi.com/it/alexa-xiaomi. The Initiative is valid from 00:00 on 27 October 2022 until 23:59 on 31 December 2022. (“Initiative End Date”)
The initiative is valid online at mi.com/it, and via the App and the Initiative Page.
1) To participate in this Initiative, you must be over 18 years of age (the 'Participants')
2) The Participant must have an account or be a registered user of mi.com ("Site") and accept the mi.com Terms and Conditions (https://www.mi.com/it/about/terms/) and the Privacy Policy (https://www.mi.com/it/about/privacy/). To participate in the promotion, you can also create a personal account by providing the following data and personal information: first name, last name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number.
To participate in this Initiative, the Participant must:
1) Log in to your Mi account via www.mi.com/it or the App and enter the Initiative Page.
2) After accessing the Initiative Page, Participants who jointly purchase a Smartphone Product with an Ecosystem Product during the Initiative Deadline will receive a discount on the purchase price of the Smartphone Product and a discount on the price of the Ecosystem Product. Therefore, if the Participant purchases them together, he/she will be able to have them at a special price as indicated in point 6 below
3) Point 6 below indicates for each indicated Bundle Sale: the Smartphone Products and the relevant discount applied; the Ecosystem Product and the relevant discount applied; the special final price if you purchase them together.
Please note that: -The products covered by this initiative are in limited quantities. Once the stock of products is exhausted, it will not be possible to purchase them under these conditions and a sign will be displayed indicating that the product is out of stock.
Below is the reference to each Matching Sale during the Initiative Term:
1) If you purchase the Xiaomi 12T Black (8GB+128GB) product with an original price of £599.90 together with the Mi Smart LED Desk Lamp Pro product with an original price of £79.99, you will receive: (i) a discount on the Xiaomi 12T Black (8GB+128GB) product price of £100 for a final discounted price of £499.90; (ii) a discount on the Mi Smart LED Desk Lamp Pro product price of £35 for a final discounted price of £44.99. So if you buy them together, you can get them at a special price of €544.89 instead of €679.89. The total number of Xiaomi 12T Black (8GB+128GB) is 30 pieces and Mi Smart LED Desk Lamp Pro is 130 pieces.
2) If you purchase the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G Black (8GB+128GB) product with an original price of €499.90 together with the Mi 360° Camera (1080p) product with an original price of €44.99, you will receive: (i) a discount on the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G Black (8GB+128GB) product price of €80 for a final discounted price of €419.90; (ii) a discount on the Mi 360° Camera (1080p) product price of €17 for a final discounted price of €27.99. So if you buy them together, you can get them at a special price of €447.89 instead of €544.89. The total number of Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G Black (8GB+128GB) is 40 pieces and Mi 360° Camera (1080p) is 142 pieces.
3) If you buy the Xiaomi 11T Pro Gray (8+128) product with an original price of €649.90 together with the Mi Smart Plug (WiFi) product with an original price of €17.99, you will receive: (i) a discount on the Xiaomi 11T Pro Gray (8+128) product price of €270 for a final discounted price of €379.90; (ii) a discount on the Mi Smart Plug (WiFi) product price of €10 for a final discounted price of €7.99. So if you buy them together, you can get them at a special price of €387.89 instead of €667.89. The total number of Xiaomi 11T Pro Gray (8+128) is 24 pieces and Mi Smart Plug (WiFi) is 170 pieces.
4) If you buy the POCO X4 GT Silver (8+128) product with an original price of €379.90 together with the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2S product with an original price of €299.99, you will receive: (i) a discount on the POCO X4 GT Silver (8+128) product price of €30 for a final discounted price of €349.90; (ii) a discount on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2S product price of €120 for a final discounted price of €179.99. So if you buy them together, you can get them at a special price of €529.89 instead of €679.89. The total number of POCO X4 GT Silver (8+128) is 90 pieces and Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2S is 200 pieces.
When participating in the Initiative, the Organiser requires the collection of the following personal data: [name, email address, telephone number (mi account)]
By entering the Initiative, you hereby consent that the above Personal data will be collected by the Organiser, as data controller. We will collect, use, disclose, process and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy for the only purpose of participating in the Initiative (including potential granting awards).

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes or additions to these Conditions, which will be communicated in the same manner as used for the dissemination of these Conditions. The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the Site will be available uninterruptedly throughout the Duration of the Initiative, but shall in no way be held liable if, for any reason, the Site is not accessible and/or operational at any time or for any event entirely beyond the Organiser's control. The Organiser shall not be liable to the Participant, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for disservices or malfunctions related to the use of the internet outside of its control or that of its suppliers. The Organiser shall also not be liable for any damages, losses or costs incurred by the user due to causes beyond its control.
Participation in the Initiative shall be governed by the rules of the Initiative, which shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Dutch law. All disputes relating to this Initiative and its Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court under consumer law.
