This limited warranty shall apply to Xiaomi products. For handset, air purifier and accessory defects under normal use circumstances and at the discretion of the company, Xiaomi shall provide free of charge repair and/or replacement services within the warranty period.

Mobile Warranty Policy & Conditions
- This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by Xiaomi or Xiaomi authorized service centers.
Xiaomi may conduct diagnostic tests on customers‘ products to identify the causes of failures/defects. Before returning any unit for service, customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product. Xiaomi is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.
Prior to contacting a Xiaomi service agent, please ensure the following information is at hand:
- Model, serial number, and IMEI number if available.
- Customer’s full address and contact information.
- Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.
Manufacturing warranty applies on:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose in which the product was designed. All replaced parts are owned by Xiaomi
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
- If the product serial number, IMEI number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered. If any accessory or external part of the product is missing.
- Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes. If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.
- If it becomes dirty or damaged due to contact with chemical agents, water, sharp objects, improper handling, accident, abuse, or under abnormal use or conditions such as swimming, and so forth.
- General maintenance, password reset assistance, cleaning, application update/installation, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair/replacement;
- Warranty does not cover if the handset is rooted by the user
- Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, including but not limited to rust or stains;
- Any other circumstances that are contradictory or do not comply with business ethics.
Xiaomi will determine whether a product is "Out of Warranty" at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below. Repair of "Out of Warranty" products shall be separately quoted by the Xiaomi service center and respective service shall be provided upon service fee payment.
- Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, rooting of mobile, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.

Mi ROBOT VACUUM-MOP P WARRANTY Terms & Condition:
- Warranty is limited to the first purchaser of this product and it is not transferrable. Purchase invoice with corresponding model and serial number of the unit must be presented to claim warranty.
- Repair or replacement will be carried out at the Authorized Service Centre. Details of the Authorised Service Centre will be shared with customer over the customer care help line.
- Free Installation or demo of the product, can be availed only once & within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- To avail repair services, the customer has to carry the product into the authorised service centre, regardless of whether the repair is being offered in warranty or not.
- For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the authorized service Center/company's service Center/authorized dealer's service Center, all expenses incurred in collection the unit or part/s thereof from the company's service Center/authorized service Center/authorized dealer's service Center, as well as expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer.
- In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the in warranty period. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
- The company or its authorized service Center/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
- In Warranty period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service Center and if the product is found free from damage, the customer shall have to pay a visiting charge towards inspection, In case of any physical damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service Center on chargeable basis.
- The company's obligation under the warranty shall be limited to repair / providing replacement of parts only. The maximum claim /s if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
- In case of a defective accessory, only the accessory will be repaired or replaced.
- The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.
- Customer care team will advise the customer whether to effect the repair at site or at it’s Service Centre.
- In the event of the company offering EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product / period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty card duly registered on the respective insurance partner company’s website or through the consumer care helpline of the insurance partner.
- Only in the case of manufacturing defect being certified by the authorised service centre, will the 10 days replacement policy apply. For all products whether purchased online e.g. mi.com or purchased offline e.g. retail stores or malls, the customer may find out the details of the nearest authorised service centre from the customer care helpline for the purpose of getting the manufacturing defect certified
- Any part/s of the system replaced by the company at its discretion shall be with a functionally operative part.
- While carrying out repair while product is still under warranty, Xiaomi may use accessories or parts that are new or refurbished or reconditioned.
- Cosmetic / Aesthetic / Plastic / Cable Consumables are not covered under warranty.
- Any extended warranty offered by Mi has to be supported by relevant proofs as per the terms and conditions of the extended warranty.
- Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in India.

AIR PURIFIER 4/4 LITE LIMITED WARRANTY
- Warranty is limited to the first purchaser of this product and it is not transferrable. Purchase invoice with
corresponding model and serial number of the unit must be presented to claim warranty.
- The Limited Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, if any defect is inspected and confirmed by a Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd.
(“Xiaomi”) authorized service centre, a free replacement/service shall be provided.
- This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty
service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by Xiaomi or Xiaomi
authorized service centres.
- Prior to contacting a Xiaomi service agent, please ensure the following information is at hand:
• Model, serial number if available.
• Customer’s full address and contact information.
• Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.
- This warranty does not cover the following cases:

attachments.
• General maintenance, password reset assistance, cleaning, application update/installation, product
demonstration, or any other service other than repair/replacement;
• Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, including but not limited to rust or
stains;
• Any other circumstances that are contradictory or are not in compliance with business ethics.
- Manufacturing warranty applies on:
• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the

- It is recommended that the Filter be changed to ensure proper functioning of Air purifier. Genuine filters
will be available for purchase from Mi.com, Mi home and authorized online and Offline channels
- The warranty does not cover accessories external to the product e.g. cables, etc.
- Xiaomi's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of parts only.
- In the event of repairs/replacement of any parts of the product, this warranty will thereafter continue and
remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty from date of purchase. Moreover, the time
taken for repair/replacement whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the
warranty period.
- In case of any damage during transit attributable to the Customer, the product shall be repaired by the
concerned service center on chargeable basis and the warranty for unexpired period shall continue from
date of purchase.
- Xiaomi or its Authorized Service Centre reserves the right to retain any parts or components replaced at
its discretion, in the event of a defect being noticed in the equipment during warranty period.
- Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of Xiaomi. In the event, the replacement of the
entire unit is being made, (at the sole discretion of the Xiaomi), another unit of the same model shall be
given as replacement and in the event, such a model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with an
equivalent model as deemed by Xiaomi.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, and/or spares not being available, the Company's
prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the Customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu
of repairs.
- The liability for claims shall not exceed the cost of the product itself.
- This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period as specified herein.
- No Dealer/Distributor/Retailer has authority to vary the terms of above warranty.
- Only courts in Bangalore shall have the jurisdiction for settling any claims, or disputes arising under the
warranty.
- Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in India. Applicable service charges may be different
for products purchased outside India (Other than India)

Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd, the Company, hereby provides Pan India Warranty on select items for a period of 1 year from the date of activation against material manufacturing defects only. After the expiry of the period, user can still avail of this repair facility, by paying for the same.
What is covered under manufacturing warranty?
- 10 day replacement policy in case of manufacturing defect.
In case of manufacturing related issues post 10 days of purchase till warranty period(1 year)

- This Warranty is not valid for:
a. Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water.
b. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabric.
c. Replacement/repair of briefcase folios and suitcase divider flaps.
d. Powder coating, gold plating, wood finish on locks, frames, channels and on all other metallic surfaces.

- The Company will undertake to repair/replace the defective piece at its own discretion and its decision as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this Warranty, is final.
- In the interest of product upgradation, the Company is free to change its products specification without notice. In case spares for given models are not available, the Company may at its discretion, offer an equivalent model at a special rate.
- Any disputes arising out of the applicability / usage of this Warranty card is subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
- The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only upto repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.

- All locks and security mechanism fitted on the luggage are delaying devices and can't prevent theft of the contents and luggage.

- The liability for claims shall not exceed the cost of the product itself. Xiaomi India or its Authorized Service Centre shall
not be held liable for any sickness or illness due to the consumption of drinking water from any water purifier supplied by
Xiaomi India, since Xiaomi or its Authorized Service Centre does not have any control over the maintenance and usage
of water purifier
- Repair or replacement will be carried out by authorised service engineers or through the Authorized Service Centre.
- Free Installation or demo of the product, can be availed only once & within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The warranty does not cover accessories external to the Product e.g. cables, valve, external filter etc.
- All filters (PPC/RO/PAC) have a shelf life, which does not exceed 12 months. It is recommended that the Filter be changed
after a maximum of 12 months to ensure proper functioning of water purifier.
- Genuine filters will be available for purchase from Mi.com, Mi home and authorized online and Offline channels
- The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of parts only.
- In the event of repairs/replacement of any parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only
for the unexpired period of the warranty from date of activation. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement whether
under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
- In case of any damage during transit aributable to the Customer, the product shall be repaired by the concerned
service centre on chargeable basis and the warranty for unexpired period shall continue from date of activation.
- Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) or its Authorized Service Centre reserves the right to retain any parts or
components replaced at its discretion, in the event of a defect being noticed in the equipment during warranty period.
- Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of the Company. In the event, the replacement of the entire unit
is being made, (at the sole discretion of the Company), another unit of the same model shall be given as replacement
and in the event, such a model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with an equivalent model as deemed by the
Company.
- The Water Purifier/product box must be opened and installed by a Xiaomi authorized service engineer/technician else
the warranty will be void.
- In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, and/or spares not being available, the Company's prevailing depreciation
rules will be binding on the Customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.
- This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period as specified herein.
- No Dealer/Distributor/Retailer / Service Centre / Employee has the authority to vary the terms of above warranty.
- Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction for seling any claims/ disputes arising under the warranty.
- Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in India. Applicable service charges may be different for products
purchased outside India ( Other than India )
- Any issues related to the product, customer should report to Call Centre (18001036286). Customer should inform call
centre within 24 hours in case of physical damage to the product caused during transit or by the service engineer.
- The Warranty is rendered void in case of the following:
i. Physical damage caused by the customer (including liquid damage) due to improper use or handling, unauthorised
modifications/repairs, repairs or installation done by unauthorised persons, use of product/system with equipment not
approved by Xiaomi.
ii. Acts of God, lightning, electricity surges / abnormal voltage, damage during transit to and from customer’s residence or
Authorised Service Centre subsequent to the initial delivery and installation of the product.
iii. Removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the product or any of its components including the
serial number
iv. Product is not used in the recommended manner.
v. Product issues caused by use of parts, peripherals or soware not recommended by the Company.
- Company will not be liable for any damage or loss or injury (including illness) caused due to improper use or handling.

- Warranty is limited to the first purchaser of this product and it is not transferrable. Purchase invoice with corresponding model and serial number of the unit must be presented to claim warranty.
- The Limited Warranty starts from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if any defect is inspected and confirmed by a Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (“Xiaomi”) authorized service centre, a free replacement shall be provided.
- This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by Xiaomi or Xiaomi authorized service centres.
- Prior to contacting a Xiaomi service agent, please ensure the following information is at hand:
- Model, serial number if available.
- Customer’s full address and contact information.
- Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.
- This warranty does not cover the following cases:
- If the product serial number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered. If any accessory or external part of the product is missing.

- Any other circumstances that are contradictory or are not in compliance with business ethics.
- Manufacturing warranty applies on:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose in which the product was designed.
- Xiaomi will determine whether a product is "Out of Warranty" at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below. Repair of "Out of Warranty" products shall be separately quoted by the Xiaomi service centre and respective service shall be provided upon service fee payment.
- Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alteration, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.

- For Mi Band strap, if it becomes dirty or damaged due to contact with chemical agents, sharp objects, improper handling, accident, abuse, or under abnormal use or conditions such as sauna, swimming, and so forth.
