OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Axis Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (“Xiaomi”) and is open to all persons competent to contract in India, holding a valid and current Axis Bank credit card (“Cardholder”) and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Offer terms and conditions (“Customers”).

1. ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS: Axis Bank credit card holders are referred to as “Cardholders”. Cardholders who purchase the Eligible Product from the Online Channel during the Offer Period and who meet the conditions set out under this offer terms are referred to as “Customers”.
   
   
2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:
   2.1. All products listed at Clause 4 (a) purchased from the Online Channel during the Offer Period
   2.2. All products listed at Clause 4 (b) purchased from the Online Channel during the Offer Period and
   2.3. All products listed at Clause 4 (c) purchased from the Online Channel during the Offer Period
   
   All products listed above are referred to individually as an “Eligible Product”, and collectively as the “Eligible Products”.
   
   
3. OFFER PERIOD: 26 October 2021 00:00 hours to 3 November 2021 23:59:59 hours
4. OFFERS:

First Offer

a. Following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Customer on purchase of the Eligible Products through the Online Channel (as defined below) during the Offer Period:

To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product listed at Clause 4 (a), a Cardholder’s cart must contain Eligible Products of a minimum amount of Indian Rupees Six Thousand (INR 6,000). This First Offer is available on purchase of multiple products, subject to the total cart value at checkout of all such products being a minimum amount of INR 6000.

Second Offer

b. Following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing an Eligible Product through the Online Channel (as defined below) during the Second Offer Period.

To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product listed at Clause 4 (b), a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Axis credit card (both Non - EMI or under a EMI scheme), must be for the minimum amounts set out in the table above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

Third Offer

c. following discount (each a “Discount”) to each Cardholder purchasing an Eligible Product through the Online Channel (as defined below) during the Third Offer Period.

To avail the Discount on an Eligible Product listed at Clause 4 (c) during the Offer Period, a Cardholder’s transaction using his/her Axis credit card or under a credit card EMI scheme must be for the minimum amounts set out in the table above (each a “Minimum Transaction Amount”).

In case of any query pertaining to the Offer or any other customer queries/complaints, Cardholders and Customers must call Axis Bank customer care

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardholders only.
2. The Offer can be availed only once per Axis card during the Offer Period on the Online Channel, irrespective of the number of products purchased. If the First Offer has been availed, a Cardholder cannot avail the benefits of the Second Offer and Third Offer.
3. The Offer is not applicable on cash on delivery transactions and on debit card transactions.
4. The Offer not applicable on net banking transactions.
5. Any person participating in the Offer:
   a. must be an Indian citizen and resident;
   b. must be able to enter into legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872;
   c. must hold a valid and unexpired credit card issued by the Bank;
   d. must purchase an Eligible Product;
   e. must possess proof of age, identity and place of residence.
   
6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. The Offer is valid until stocks last.
8. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
9. Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this promotion.
10. This Offer is non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
11. If a Cardholder has more than 1 (one) Axis Bank card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said Offer.
12. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 8 November 2021. Post such date, Xiaomi will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Offers from any persons.
13. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible towards the same.
14. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
15. All government levies and taxes shall be payable by the Customer as applicable at the time the Offer is availed.
16. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
17. Xiaomi reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
