Jio Poco F1 Offer – Instant Cashback, Double Data & Makemytrip Benefits

Definitions

  1. “Cashback” shall mean Rs. 2400/-, which shall be credited in the form of 24 cashback vouchers of Rs 100/- each, in the MyJio App of an Eligible Subscriber upon performing recharge of prepaid plan of RJIO of Rs. 299/- on the Eligible Device.
  2. “Double Data” shall mean double the 4G Data Entitlement in the form of an additional data voucher which the Eligible Subscriber is entitled upon a recharge of prepaid plans of RJIO of Rs. 198/- or above.
  3. “MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes” shall mean two e-coupon codes generated for an Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first recharge of prepaid plans of RJIO of Rs. 198/- or above on the Eligible Device subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon code stated herein below in Annexure-A
  4. “4G Data Entitlement” in any plan shall mean the quantum of data that an Eligible Subscriber can avail under the selected tariff plan.
  5. “Eligible Device” shall mean all variants of Xiaomi Poco F1 device purchased on or after 29th August, 2018 and which has been activated on the RJIO network for the first time, by an Eligible Subscriber, by performing valid recharges of RJIO prepaid plans. The offer is applicable only on the Indian version of Eligible Device.
  6. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; and (ii) is an active subscriber of the RJIO services; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
  7. “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 29th August, 2018 and 31st March, 2020.
  8. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO services.
  9. “Offer” shall mean (i) “Cashback” made available by RRL; (ii) “Double Data” made available by RJIO & (iii) “MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes” made available by RRL.
  10. The Offer is applicable for prepaid and postpaid customers of RJIO only.
  11. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber as shown herein-below.
  12. “Recharge Cycle” shall mean: (i) in the case of recharge of Rs. 198, Rs. 299, Rs. 509 and Rs. 799, cycle period of 28 consecutive calendar days; (ii) in the case of recharge of Rs. 349 and Rs. 398, cycle period of 70 consecutive calendar days; (iii) in the case of recharge of Rs. 399 and Rs. 448, cycle period of 84 consecutive calendar days; and (iv) in the case of recharge of Rs. 449 and Rs. 498 cycle period of 91 consecutive calendar days; and (v) in the case of recharge of Rs. 999, cycle period of 90 consecutive calendar days; and (vi) in the case of recharge of Rs. 1999, cycle period of 180 consecutive calendar days; and (vii) in the case of recharge of Rs. 4999 and Rs. 9999, cycle period of 360 consecutive calendar days;
  13. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
  14. “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
  15. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer. The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL/RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

Cashback:

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs recharge of prepaid plan of RJIO of Rs. 299/-, on the Eligible Device, shall be entitled to 24 Cashback vouchers of Rs. 100/- each upon the First Recharge. Cashback received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:

  1. Each voucher of Rs. 100/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber upon a recharge of prepaid plan of RJIO of Rs. 299/- in MyJio App only (“Eligible Recharge”);
  2. Only one Cashback voucher of Rs.100/- can be redeemed per Eligible Recharge.
  3. A maximum of 24 Cashback vouchers of Rs 100/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber on or before 31st March, 2021. For avoidance of doubt, all unredeemed Cashback vouchers shall expire on 31st March, 2021.

Double Data:

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs recharge of Rs.198/- or above prepaid plans of RJIO, on the Eligible Device , shall be entitled to Double Data voucher per such recharge (“Double Data Voucher”) subject to a maximum four (4) such recharges. Double Data voucher received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:

  1. The Double Data Voucher would be credited to the account of the Eligible Subscriber within 48 hours of such recharge.
  2. On any Eligible Device, the Double Data Vouchers can be availed for a maximum of four (4) recharges of Rs. 198/- or above prepaid plans of RJIO, during the Entitlement Period of the Offer.
  3. For avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Subscriber may continue to avail data as per the selected tariff plan, after utilization of the double 4G Data Entitlement availed under the Double Data offer.
  4. Where any applicable Double Data Voucher is redeemed during a Recharge Cycle period, the benefits attached to such Double Data Voucher shall be limited to that Recharge Cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge Cycle period, will expire and be forfeited.
  5. Such Double Data Vouchers that are not redeemed within the Entitlement Period shall expire and be forfeited. For avoidance of doubt, any unredeemed Double Data Vouchers shall expire and be forfeited in 90 days from date of credit of such Double Data Voucher.
  6. The Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to avail only such offers/schemes that first become applicable for the relevant IMEI/TAC code of Eligible Device at the time of his/her first recharge of Rs. 198 or above prepaid plans of RJIO after the purchase of Eligible Device.

MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes:

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs the first recharge of Rs. 198/- or above prepaid plans of RJIO on the Eligible Device with the same MSISDN , shall be entitled to MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes.

  1. The MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the manner as specified herein below in Annexure-A and are subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by MakeMyTrip at //www.makemytrip.com/legal/user_agreement.html#3.
  2. Save and except enabling the availability of the MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes on the MyJio application of the Eligible Subscriber, RJIO shall not be in any manner responsible for or liable to the Eligible Subscriber for matters relating to or in connection with the MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes including but not limited to its redemption, benefits, transactions, use, suitability, eligibility, functionality, applicability, validity, etc.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

  1. The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on and from 29th August, 2018 to 25th November, 2018.
  2. These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
  3. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
  4. RRL/RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RRL/RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RRL/RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RRL/RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
  5. RRL/RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
  6. RRL/RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
  7. If any term/condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
  8. Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RRL/RJIO (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and / or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
  9. In no event shall RRL/RJIO (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
  10. The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
  11. The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN & IMEI.
  12. This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  13. Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RRL/RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer.   1. The Eligible Subscriber shall follow the process mentioned below to avail the offer: Go to MyJio -> My Coupons -> MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes
    The Eligible Subscriber shall open www.makemytrip.com or download the MakeMyTrip Mobile App and register themselves as a user.
  2. Upon booking a domestic air travel ticket / domestic hotel stay between 29th August 2018 and 31st December 2018, the Eligible Subscriber shall be eligible to the following benefits:
    a. Rs. 600 instant discount on a minimum booking amount of Rs. 3000 on round trips (excluding convenience fee and other ancillaries) or above for domestic air travel ticket. Offer is not valid on payments made through MakeMyTrip Wallet (subject to terms and conditions provided at //www.makemytrip.com/mywallet/), third party wallets and gift card; and
    b. 25% instant discount [up to a maximum discount of Rs. 5000/ -] on a minimum booking amount of Rs. 2000 or above for select domestic hotel booking. Offer is not valid on payments made directly at hotel, through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD), third party wallets and EMI.
  3. To redeem the MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes, the Eligible Subscriber must enter the unique e-coupon code credited in the MyJio app, in the e-coupon field before making the payment on MakeMyTrip.
  4. The MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes are to be redeemed by 31st December2018. For avoidance of doubt, any coupon code that is unutilized by 31st December2018 will be forfeited.
  5. Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
  6. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer at its discretion.
  7. The MakeMyTrip Coupon Codes are applied only once per transaction. For avoidance of doubt, the discount can be applied on one domestic flight booking and one domestic hotel booking per MakeMyTrip account ID.
  8. The MakeMyTrip Coupon Code is valid only on transactions made using website, android & iOS app and mobile site only.
  9. Offer can't be clubbed with any other MakeMyTrip offer.
  10. In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs a Recharge on the Eligible Device, shall be entitled to Cashback. The Cashback so received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:

  1. Each voucher of Rs. 50/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber upon a Recharge in MyJio App only (“Eligible Recharge”);

Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RRL (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and / or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.

In no event shall RRL (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.

Definitions

  1. “Cashback” shall mean Rs 2200/-, which shall be credited in the form of 44 cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each, in the MyJio App of an Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device.
  2. “Double Data” shall mean double the 4G Data Entitlement in the form of an additional data voucher which the Eligible Subscriber is entitled upon a recharge of prepaid plans of RJIO of Rs. 198/- or above.
  3. “4G Data Entitlement” in any plan shall mean the quantum of data that an Eligible Subscriber can avail under the selected tariff plan.
  4. “Eligible Device” shall mean all variants of Xiaomi Redmi 5, Redmi Note 5 & Redmi Note 5 Pro device purchased on or after 22nd February, 2018 and which has been activated on the RJIO network for the first time, by an Eligible Subscriber, by performing Recharge. The offer is applicable only on the Indian version of Eligible Device.
  5. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; and (ii) is an active subscriber of the RJIO services; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
  6. “Cashback Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 22nd February, 2018 and 31st May, 2022.
  7. “Double Data Entitlement Period” shall mean three (3) months from the date of credit of Double Data vouchers
  8. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO services.
  9. “Offer” shall mean (i) “Cashback” made available by RRL & (ii) “Double Data” made available by RJIO.
  10. The Offer is applicable for prepaid customers of RJIO only.
  11. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber as shown herein-below.
  12. “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of Rs.198/- or Rs.299/- prepaid plans offered by RJIO.
  13. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
  14. “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
  15. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer. The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL/RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber. Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”) An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge, on the Eligible Device, shall be entitled to 44 Cashback vouchers of Rs. 50/- each upon the First Recharge. An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs recharge of Rs.198/- or above prepaid plans of RJIO, on the Eligible Device , shall be entitled to Double Data voucher per such recharge subject to a maximum of three (3) Double Data vouchers corresponding to three (3) such recharges. Cashback received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:
  16. Each voucher of Rs. 50/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber upon a Recharge in MyJio App only (“Eligible Recharge”);
  17. Only one Cashback voucher of Rs.50/- can be redeemed per Eligible Recharge.
  18. A maximum of 44 Cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber on or before 31st May, 2022. For avoidance of doubt, all unredeemed Cashback vouchers shall expire on 31st May, 2022.

Double Data voucher received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:

  1. The Double Data voucher would be credited to the account of the Eligible Subscriber within 48 hours of Recharge.
  2. On any Eligible Device, the Double Data vouchers can be availed for a maximum of three (3) recharges of Rs. 198/- or above prepaid plans of RJIO, during the Double Data Entitlement Period of the Offer.
  3. For avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Subscriber may continue to avail data as per the selected tariff plan, after utilization of the double 4G Data Entitlement availed under the Double Data offer.
  4. Where any applicable Double Data voucher is redeemed during a recharge cycle period, the benefits attached to such Double Data Voucher shall be limited to that recharge cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that recharge cycle period, will expire and be forfeited.
  5. Such Double Data vouchers that are not redeemed within the Double Data Entitlement Period shall expire and be forfeited.
  6. The Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to avail only such offers/schemes that first become applicable for the relevant IMEI/TAC code of Eligible Device at the time of his/her first recharge of Rs. 198 or above prepaid plans of RJIO after the purchase of Eligible Device.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer

  1. The Offer shall be open to all Eligible Subscribers on and from 22nd February, 2018.
  2. These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
  3. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
  4. RRL/RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RRL/RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RRL/RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RRL/RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
