These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the conduct of the following promotional offer (“Offer”) extended by Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Private Limited (“Hungama”) in relation to the subscription to its TVOD Movie Collection of its OTT Service, namely, Hungama Play which is an OTT platform for providing of audio-visual content to subscribers. MiTV Users will be availing this premium collection of movies at a discount of upto 50% as per Annexure A. Also, a 3-month Hungama Play free membership starting from the first login date.
- What is TVOD Movie Collection?
Transactional Video on demand is a collection of Premium Movies from International content partners that are available under the Pay per View category and are now clubbed into a bouquet for customer as showcased in Annexure A.
- Which are the eligible devices?

- Till when is it valid?
Once a user UPFRONT pays for the bundle / collection, the validity of that bundle varies from 10 days for a 3-movie Collection to 15 days for a 5-movie Collection.However, once the PAID user plays a film, he has the standard 48 hours validity to finish watching.
- What happens after validity period?
The movies and collections go under normal pricing and the user will have to pay non-discounted price to watch any movie/collection.

- What if I am already subscribed to Hungama plans, will the deal be extended?
No. This is a separate nature of subscription. The earlier subscription was on SVOD which is Subscription Video on Demand whereas this is on a collection of Premium Movies which is Transaction Video on Demand. Thus, these two are not the same and therefore the deal cannot be merged in either case.
i. Subscription is non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.
ii. Subscription can be availed only once by a registered customer.
Availing the Offer is voluntary, and users need to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions available and these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto, which shall be deemed to be binding on them and users are required to periodically check for any updates to these Terms & Conditions during the Term.Regardless of location of users, all activities in relation to the Offer, these Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in relation to Offer or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the conduct of “Diwali Treasure house Offer” (“Offer”) offered by Eros International Media Limited (“Eros”) in relation to the subscription to its OTT service, namely, Eros Now which is an OTT platform for providing of audio-visual content to subscribers.
This Offer will be open for participation for a period of 59 days starting from 12:00:00 A.M. on October 10, 2018 and ending at 23:59 PM on November 30, 2018 (‘Term’) in India only (‘Territory’).
Eligibility: This Offer is open only to users of Xiaomi’s ‘mi’ branded smart televisions (“Mi TVs”) who are 18 years and above, being citizens of India and residing in India and who are Mi Tv users, during the Term (“Subscriber”). Eros does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or, queries of the Subscribers.
The Subscribers shall at all times comply with the applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions on which this Offer is hosted.
This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Eros ("Force Majeure Event").
