Step 1: Download and install the companion app Mi Fitness on your phone for Play Store (Android) or AppStore (iOS)
Step 2: Login or Sign Up on the companion app.
Step 3: Go to the Profile tab and click “Add Device”. Select “Redmi Watch 2 Lite’’ and allow permissions to connect to the device

Note: Make sure Bluetooth on the phone is on.
2. What’s the name of the companion app?
Redmi Watch 2 Lite works with Mi Fitness for Android and Mi Fitness for iOS. Users can download the apps from PlayStore or AppStore as applicable.
3. What is the use of a SpO2 monitor? What is Continuous SPO2 monitoring?
SpO2 measures the oxygen saturation levels in the blood. Blood oxygen saturation is a core measure of your health and fitness. It reveals the amount of oxygen being transported to your body, and how effectively your body is absorbing it. Continuous SPO2 automatically monitors your SPO2 at regular intervals during sleep and displays the data collected in the app. This is a very useful feature to get insights into your blood oxygen levels while you sleep. You also have the option of changing the frequency of automatic SPO2 measurement in the App.

Multi-system standalone GPS provided in Redmi Watch 2 Lite supports all the four major global positioning systems, viz. GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BDS. It increases the number of visible satellites, improving positioning accuracy and shortening the average convergence time.
5. Does Redmi Watch 2 Lite support 3rd party apps such as Strava?
Yes, Redmi Watch 2 Lite supports 3rd party apps. At present, Strava support is available to Android users and Apple Health/Strava is available on iOS.
6. How to connect with Strava?
Step1: Go to the Mi Fitness App → Profile → Settings Icon on top right corner → Connected apps → Turn on Strava
Step2: Click okay when prompted to open Strava, once in Strava click authorize.
Note: Apple users may follow similar steps to connect with Apple Health.
7. Which health monitoring features are available in the Watch?
The Watch tracks all-day sleep, 24*7 heart rate, stress levels, and continuous SpO2 (during the night). Users can see a detailed analysis of calories burned, steps, workouts on the companion app.

Redmi Watch 2 Lite comes with a 262 mAh battery which can last up to 10 days* on regular usage and up to 12 days* on power-saving mode (both battery standby time tested under lab environment).

Yes, Redmi Watch 2 Lite has a water resistance rating of 5ATM (equivalent to 50 meters underwater). 12. How to set up a custom watch face?
Step 1: Go to the Mi Fitness App → Profile → Watch Faces → Online
Step 2: Select one of the three templates (Album-Digital I/II/III). Once on the Album page, select style and click the + sign under the slideshow tab to select photos from your gallery. Click apply and your custom watch face will be applied once it is downloaded.
13. What is an Antibacterial strap and how does it help?
