If the LDS laser sensor of your robot vacuum is abnormal, please refer to the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Restart or force restart the robot vacuum;
2. Check and update firmware to the latest version;
3. Check and clean foreign objects, hair, and debris that have entered the LDS laser sensor. Wipe the black lens on the front and side of the robot vacuum to check for wear;
4. If the fault still occurs occasionally, it is recommended to submit the details in [Help & Feedback] in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
If the fault persists, please contact the local after-sales service center for resolution.
