What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max enters the virtual wall or restricted area?

If the robot vacuum enters the virtual wall or restricted area, please refer to the following methods to resolve the issue:
1. Check if the sensors are dirty, blocked, or malfunctioning. Cleaning the sensors and ensuring they are functioning properly;
2. Please check the map in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. If the map is abnormal, you can delete and rebuild the map;
3. When setting the virtual wall or restricted area, please adjust the edge of virtual walls or restricted areas according to the furniture location. Make the places where the robot vacuum is likely to be stuck in the virtual wall or restricted area, such as sunken steps and the bottom of the furniture.
