What to do if the cleaning paths of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max are abnormal?

Please refer to the following details to check the robot vacuum:
1. It is recommended to check and confirm whether the main wheel is entangled with foreign objects;
2. Confirm whether the LDS laser sensor of the robot vacuum rotates normally. Please try to check whether the LDS laser sensor cover is normal;
3. Please check whether there are foreign objects or hair on the rotating part of the LDS laser sensor, which causes poor rotation or stalling. If so, please try to remove it;
4. Please confirm whether there are uneven or raised stickers or large objects on the surface of the robot vacuum;
5. Please try to tap the bumper to confirm that the bumper is in a state where it can rebound;
6. Please wipe the Line laser sensor;
7. Please try to restart the robot vacuum and try again.
Please refer to the following details to check the environment:
1. It is recommended to tidy up the ground before use. Scattered items on the ground affect the normal operation of the robot vacuum;
2. It is recommended to manually clean the water on the ground to prevent the wet ground from causing the robot vacuum to slip.
