What to do if the data of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max cannot be loaded when using the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP?

The information is stored inside the robot vacuum. Loading data through the APP requires a stable network.
If the data of your robot vacuum cannot be loaded in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP, please try the following steps:
1. Ensure that your smartphone has a stable network connection. A weak or intermittent connection can prevent data from loading;
2. Restart both the robot vacuum and your smartphone. Then try to load data again;
3. Make sure you have the latest version of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP installed. Try clearing the cache of the APP to check if the problem is solved. If not, uninstall and reinstall the APP and try again;
4. Delete the robot vacuum from the APP and add it again to check if the problem can be solved.
