What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max fails to update the firmware?

If your robot vacuum fails to update the firmware, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. When updating the firmware, the robot vacuum needs to be in the omni station and the battery level should be greater than 15%;
2. Check your home network, and ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable and working properly. If the network is unstable, please try using a different mobile hotspot;
3. Restart the robot vacuum and try the firmware update again;
4. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP installed on your smartphone;
5. Perform a factory reset of the robot vacuum and attempt the update again. Please note that this will erase any customized settings.
If the issue persists, please submit feedback through the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP.
