A：The current wi-fi 6 protocol is only available on a small number of phones.
For example: Mi 11, Mi 10, Mi 10Pro, iPhone11 full series (iPhone11, iPhone11 Pro, iPhone11 Pro Max), etc.
Note 1: Refer to the product parameter page for details about whether the mobile phone supports the WiFi 6 protocol. To use the WiFi 6 protocol, the terminal (such as the mobile phone) and router must support it at the same time.
Note 2: Xiaomi Mesh System AX3000 also supports 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. Devices that don't support WiFi 6 can also connect to routers through other protocols.
 
6. Q： Why is WiFi 6 not displayed when the phone is connected to the router?
A：① The Wi-Fi 6 protocol is only supported by some mobile phones. Please check whether the mobile phones support this protocol.
② Enter 192.168.31.1 management background and check whether "WiFi5 compatible mode" is enabled (location: Settings >>WiFi Settings >>WiFi5 compatibility mode)
Note 1: Some old devices don't support Wi-Fi 6. Signals may not be detected or the connection may not be good.After this switch is turned on, the mode will be switched to Wi-Fi 5 and the related functions of Wi-Fi 6 will be turned off, such as OFDMA, BSS Coloring, etc.
Note 2: You can also see the compatibility mode option in the "App plug-in,Xiaomi Mesh System AX3000>>Network Settings>>WiFi Settings" interface.
 
7.Q：Does Xiaomi Mesh System AX3000 support to check the storage and the CPU use information？
A： Not support.
 
8.Q：Does Xiaomi Mesh System AX3000 support SSH function？
A： Not support.
Xiaomi router locates for home users, and the SSH function is relatively complex, which is hardly used by home users.
 
9.Q：How to set factory settings？
A： Long press the reset button for 5 seconds，the system indicator will bright in orange,until the indicator brights in white,it reset successfully.
 
Troubleshooting
1. Q：Why can't access the Internet after completing the Internet Settings?
A：① Use your mobile phone to search for the WiFi set by the router. If you cannot find it, make sure that the router powers on and starts.
② Connect the mobile phone to the router WiFi, visit the website "miwifi.com", the web page will automatically diagnose the network status, you can according to the network diagnosis results and try to repair.
