A: Stand on the scooter, gliding as 5km/h speed, press the vehicle controller to accelerate the speed. If you do not reach 5km/h speed, the throttle will not start.

 

A: Electric scooter is for ages 16-50 years old people, the height between 120-200cm, the maximum load is 100kg, the maximum gradient is 14%, do not ride after drinking, do not take the drug may affect your judgment before riding.

 

A: If weight exceeds than 100kg, also can use this product. But the heavier the weight is, you need to be more active during riding. In addition, more than 100kg of weight, the scooter's climbing and obstacle climbing ability will also decline. For taller and heavier people, please ride it as carefully as possible.

 

A: Although the electric scooter has a part of waterproof design, the waterproof grade of the whole vehicle is ip54. But for your safety, please avoid riding in the rain and In other bad weathers.

 

A: The attachment includes: Instruction manual, legal statement, prompt card, extended gas nozzle, screw x4, six angle wrench, charging adapter.

 

A: Hello, this surface is a normal phenomenon due to the friction marks caused by the test of factory fitting and cycling.

 

A: The default setting of the vehicle is to turn off cruise mode. Please enable cruise mode through the app.once enabling cruise mode,you can drive the vehicle at a constant speed by holding the throttle steady for 5 seconds till you hear a ‘beep’ sound and release then.please be cautious to use this function at public area with people presence.

 

A: Firstly, the vehicle needs to connect the app and enable the energy recovery function .when the brake is pressed or the accelerator is released,energy recovery systems convert partly kinetic energy into electrical energy for storage and reuse.(customers can adjust the weak, medium and strong energy recovery through the mobile app.)

 

A: Electric scooters use lithium-ion batteries,rated power of charger is 70w,the charging time is about 5h,completely charging and discharging cycle of the battery 500 times can still maintain more than 70% of the power capacity.please avoid below 10 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃ environment using the battery or below 20 ℃ or above 50 ℃ environment storage battery.when you are not using vehicle for more than 30 days, please charge the battery to about 80% of the power and store it in a cool and dry place;recharge every 3 months to extend battery life.

Note: If the battery is not charged in time, it may be damaged by overdischarge.

 

A: If placed for a long time, the voltage will gradually drop into the protective state.if the discharge port voltage below 30v is the depth of over-discharge, the battery needs to be replaced,when connecting the charger, the green light of the charger is always on;if the discharge port voltage between 30-36v is shallow discharge, the battery can be reactivated by charging.when the charger is connected shallowly, the red and green lights of the charger will flicker alternately.

If customers leave their scooters idle for a long time, they need to recharge them every two months.after riding, there is more than one grid of power left, which needs to be charged within three days. Customers are not allowed to riding to less than 5% power.

 

A: The battery is a set of voltage, there are two temperature probes on the top and bottom of the battery, to facilitate the detection of battery temperature more accurately.

 

A: Battery can not be disassembled without permission, after disassembly will lose warranty service; after the battery pack is removed, the internal circuit of the body will be exposed. The internal circuit has a high voltage, and it is likely to be shocked when touching the internal circuit, do not disassemble by yourself to avoid danger.if there is a problem about the vehicle, you can call the after-sales service phone for repair, and the professional engineer will test it.

 

A: Please remember your password, if you forget it, please push the brake and vehicle controller to the bottom, and then shut down, start again and the password will be cleared.

 

A: Electric scooter pro has three riding modes.

1) when the scooter pro works in energy-saving mode, eco indicator light is always on.the energy-saving mode has a maximum speed of 15km/h, and the throttle is smoother, suitable for beginners to be familiar with cycling;

2) when working in standard mode, d indicator is always on.standard mode maximum speed: 20km/h;

3) when working in motion mode, the s indicator is always on.the maximum speed of sports mode is 25km/h, and the power is strong. It is recommended to consider using it after mastering cycling skills.

 

A: The head end can be turned left and right for 60 degrees each.cycling turns need to slow down and then turn again, the faster the speed the more do not swerve.if more than angle of 60, probably the front folk has a problem,you need to contact after sale testing. .

 

A:

1）the motor rated power is 300 w, the maximum climbing angle of 20 °, when climbing angle is too large,the vehicle will stops gradually

2）low temperatures can reduce both endurance and power.0 ℃, the controller allows the output power is 70%.at low temperature, the fast voltage drop of the battery will also lead to limited output power of the controller.

 

A: The power indicator on the display panel has five led display lights, each of which represents 20% of the power.indicator light has constant light and flashing two states.when the power per grid is 10%-20%, the indicator light will always be on;when the power is less than 10%, the indicator light flashes.

 

A: Scooter as a short distance transport tools need to ride often,if not maintained for a long time, part of the structure will become loose/tire pressure is insufficient/functional failure, etc,in order to better experience the scooter and extend its service life, it is recommended to regularly test and maintain our scooter pro(if there is a lack of tools for self-maintenance or adjustment difficulties, the following operations can be contacted with the official after-sales service)

1. it is recommended that you check the tire pressure every 20-30 days,keep the front and rear tire pressure at 45-50 psi;

2. It is recommended that you ride to 3000 km to check whether the tire grain is worn flat,if so,replace the tire

3. It is recommended that you lock 4 screws on your forehead with 3mm hexagon every 3 months;

4. If the riding handle stand noise, loose.it is recommended that you fix 3 screws of the folded part with hexagonal 5mm every 6 months.lock the folding hook with an 8mm,open spanner;2mm hexagonal locking folding bundle sleeve screw;

5. Check brake every 6 months, if feel too loose, loosen the corresponding screw with 5mm hexagon, drag brake line to make its length longer, then lock the pressure line screw.

A: The front and rear outer tubes are 8.5 inches(the inner tube is an inflatable tube).

 

A: The tire pressure rear and front inflation can be charged to 45-50psi, and it is recommended that users check the tire pressure every 20-30 days.

 

A: Tyre burst is not due to the quality reason. The scooter’s tyre is pneumatic tyre, due to the air leakage phenomenon during the storage, if riding in the low tyre process assures, the tyre surface is becoming larger, inner and outer tyre wall get more displacement friction, and also because of the small diameter of scooter wheel, in order to achieve the riding speed, the speed becomes very high, greatly increased the frequency of friction. Eventually lead to wear and tear of the inner tyre. Recommendation: Periodically check tire pressure during usage, keep tire pressure within 45-50psi range, and avoid riding under abnormal tire pressure.

 

A: Please loosen the bell screw with the 3mm hexagon inside the box, adjust the screw position until it is hung on the hook and then tighten the screw.

 

A: It is a normal phenomenon that a long ride will cause the forehead to loosen the screws in the vertical position and in the folding position, causing the vertical position to shake when folded.Need to lock regularly for maintenance, please contact xiaomi after-sales service for consultation and adjustment guidance.

 

A:

1) Check the electronic brake:In the starting state, push the vehicle and lift the front wheel (people do not stand on), press the accelerator to accelerate, and then hold on to the brake, if the front wheel can brake, this shows that there is no problem with the electronic brake.if the electronic brake malfunction, need to contact the after-sales service report for repair.

2) Check the disc brake:Hold on the brake handle and push the vehicle. If there is obvious resistance in the rear wheel, the mechanical brake is ok. If there is no resistance on the rear wheels, adjust the brake line and disc brake base.

 

A: There may be two reasons:

1）Charger fault:If the charger is plugged into the power supply,observe the indicator light of the charger. If not on or the red light is on (normally the green light is on), it means there is something wrong with the charger and needs to be replaced.or you can test the output voltage about 42v.

2）The battery discharge: If the vehicle is not used or charged for a long time, it is likely that the battery is over discharged, and it needs to contact after-sales service for repair.

 

A: According to the alarm sound to judge the alarm code, one long “beep” Is 10, one short “beep” Is 1, the combination of the sum is the final alarm code.

 

A: The red temperature indicator is on that means the battery temperature is greater than 50℃ and triggering the high temperature alarm. Case one, hot weather/high speed mode/long cycling cause alarm, you need to shut down the vehicle to cool down before the normal use.the second case, temperature sensor fault,you need to contact after-sales service to replace the battery components.

 

A: Observe the charger indicator light, red indicates the charging status, green indicates the charger failure or the charging head is not plugged, if charging successfully,and the stoplight will be flashing in a breathing state.after starting up, the panel will display the battery power,electric quantity sign increments.

 

A: 1） Lock the screw into the forehead body. If the screw cannot be fully screwed in, the screw hole of the forehead body is defective, and the forehead body shall be replaced;

2）Before installing screws,the four holes of the standpipe are aligned with the four holes of the forehead body,then the four screws are pre-tightened into the threaded hole to prevent the hole dislocation,next tighten the screws in turn.
