2. Q: Anything special?
A: Mi Selfie Stick Tripod is a product combined by traditional selfie stick and tripod, which can be used as either selfie stick or tripod. Other than this, it has an independent removable Bluetooth shutter to free user’s hand for holding the sticks.

A: Selfie stick x1, accessory box (Bluetooth shutter included) x1, warranty card x1.

5. Q: What’s the maximum phone size can stick stand hold?
A: Width 56-86mm
6. Q: How long can the stick extend?
A: 3-step extension, maximum about 50cm long.
7. Q: How to use it?
A: User can use it like regular selfie stick. Or use it like tripod, stand the phone with tripod, remove the Bluetooth shutter and remote control to phone to take photo.
8. Q: How to connect it with my phone?
A: Hold the button on Bluetooth remote shutter until the light on it start blinking, which meaning pairing. Then enable Bluetooth on the phone, search it then pair.
9. Q: Why selfie stick cannot connect my phone?
A: Troubleshoot Steps:
1. Turn off phone Bluetooth, re-enable it and try again
2. Reboot phone and try again
3. Try if it works on other phones
4. Try fully charge the selfie stick
5. After-sale
10. Q: How to charge it?
A: Remove the Bluetooth shutter and charge it with Micro USB cable. The light will be red during charging, and light will off when fully charged.
11. Q: Why selfie stick cannot charge?
A: Try use other cable or charger. If still unable to charge and both cable & charger can charge other devices, contact after-sale
12. Q: How to use it like a tripod?
A: When Bluetooth shutter has enough battery, hold the phone on stand, open the tripod and make in stable standing on flat surface, connected with phone and remove the shutter from tripod. Then user can use shutter within 10m from tripod to remotely take photos.
13. Q: Why cannot use shutter to take photos?
A: Please check if connected phone can take photo by pressing volume buttons. Then check if shutter has enough battery. Then try re-pairing after disconnecting. If still not working after all those steps, contact after-sale service.
14. Q: How to remove the shutter?
A: Hold on the micro USB port on top to remove it. Match the notch around shutter to insert shutter into selfie stick after used.
15. Q: Does tripod stable enough?
A: The triangle supporting structure of tripod is stable enough to make the whole selfie stick & holding phone stand stable, and there are anti-slip pads on bottom of the tripod stand to increase grip friction.
16.Q: Why the tripod stand cannot close tightly?
A: There are magnets inside the bottom anti-slip pads, tripod stand may unable to close tightly after bottom pads lost. User can try other ways to close it, or contact after-sale service.
