A：Mi Robot Builder is a smart toy constructed by building blocks and controlled through definite App with structured programming language.
2．Q：What are the features of Mi Robot Builder?
A：Mi Robot Builder uses LEGO-like construction blocks which can let customers build the toy in their own creative design. And it also can be controlled through Mi Robot Builder App with structured programming language to enjoy the fun and learn programing through it.
3．Q：Is the Mi Robot Builder suitable for kids?
A：The product is not suitable for babies under 3 years old. Since there is choking hazard for small parts. Kids under 10 years old must be accompanied by adults.

A：The package dimension is 380mm(L)*320mm(W)*95mm(H). Its weight is 2500g. The contents are shown as below:

A：If one build the robot according to the manual， he or she will see a human-like robot with dimension of 300mm(L)*200(W)*165mm(H).
3. Q：What is the material Mi Robot Builder?
A：All the blocks are made of ABS plastic， which can provide the feature of good strength， heat resistance， chemical resistance， perfect insulation， and no toxicity.
Hardware
1. Q：What is the battery capacity of Mi Robot Builder? How long will it take to charge the controller?
A：Mi Robot Builder has a 1650mAh li-polymer battery which can be using
about 4 hours playing time. When the controller battery turns to 0%， the
indicator light will flash red. It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge the robot
then it turns to green.
2. Q：Does it support to charge the four Type-C of controller at the same time?
A：No. User can charge the controller in any type-c port among the four ports. But he can not use them together at the same time.
3. Q：What is the Bluetooth version of Mi Robot Builder?
A：Mi Robot Builder has BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) V4.0 for App control
connection.
4. Q：Can Mi Robot Builder be compatible with other construction blocks？
A：Yes. Mi Robot Builder uses LEGO-like blocks which can be compatible with such blocks of other brands.
Software
1. Q：How to install the APP?
A：User can scan the QR Code in the manual or search “Mi Robot Builder” APP in APP store to install.
2. Q：What is the requirement to the phone system to be compatible with Mi Robot Builder?
A：The Mi Robot Builder can be compatible with the phone system with Android 4.3 and above or iOS 6.0 and above.
3. Q：How to find the firmware version of Mi Robot Builder?
A：Go to Settings interface>>About us. Then user will see the firmware version information and more.
4．Q：How to update the firmware of the controller?
A：Make sure the phone is connected to the internet(preferable via Wi-Fi) and connect the “ Mi Robot Builder ” App with controller. Go to “Settings” >>”System”>>”Firmware Update”. It takes about 20mins to finish. User can get more features， fix some bugs， and optimize the underlying programming through updating the firmware.
Here are the things needs attention:
1. Don’t move the phone far away from the controller for avoiding Bluetooth disconnection throughout the updating，
2. The controller should be fully charged;
3. The motor shouldn’t be working during updates.
5．Q：How many patterns can be built by Mi Robot Builder?
A：Mi Robot Builder aims at providing the open platform for users to create their own ideal patterns. So we provide 86 kinds of different types which more than 970 blocks.
The sample robot pattern in the manual is just for reference. We will release more patterns via official APP in the future. User can also communicate good ideas with other fans in forum.
Function
1. Q：Is there any attention before assembling the Mi Robot Builder？
A：Follow the instruction in manual or electronic version in the App to assemble the robot. Inspect your robot carefully before starting:
1. Fully charge the controller for the first time;
2. Make sure the motor is connected tightly;
3. Mi Bunnies on the motor and the controller should be facing the same direction.
2. Q：How long will it take to build a robot for the beginner？
A：It may be harder for a rookie user. Generally speaking， it will take around 6 hours to finish. But it depends.
3. Q：How to turn on/off the Mi Robot Builder？
A：Please follow the steps below to turn on/off the Robot:
4. Q：Why does the robot shake heavily after finished？
A：If the robot shakes slightly， it may be the robot adjust the gravity center
and balance itself. This is normal.
If the robot shakes heavily after finished， it might be due to the defective
assembly of waist or leg part of robot (part A， B， or F in the manual) . Advise to check the key parts construct.
5. Q：How many modes of Mi Robot Builder?
A：There are several modes to control the robot: Route planning， Controller，Programming， Gyrostabilizer mode (find in Controller mode as shown below). More mode will be published in the future update.
6. Q：Do I need to know programming language to write program for the robot？
A：No， the programming mode can enable the program package into modules which is easy to use.
