Q:WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS? A:Package will be delivered between 09:00- 18:00 on business days. There may be no deliveries available on weekend or public holidays.

Q: HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY XIAOMI ORDER? A: Xiaomi makes every effort to deliver your order within 3-6 working days (excludes weekend and public holiday) in West Malaysia, and within 5-8 working days in East Malaysia, once the package is shipped out of warehouse. Xiaomi is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. In these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING? A: Most Xiaomi products are shipped free of charge. If your order value is less than a minimum, you will incur shipping costs as follows:
EAST Malaysia - Orders below RM 100: RM 25 shipping fee
WEST Malaysia (including Klang Valley) - Orders below RM 100: RM 15 shipping fee
